Deadlines: Winner provides CONCEPT AND TECHNOLOGY TO SAVE MOST ENDANGERED SPECIES IN AFRICA BY MARCH 2017. FINALISTS WILL BE PRESENTED DURING 2017 SXSW EVENTS.
